About 40 years ago I read children’s chapter book which I thought was titled Lovey and the Girls. It was part of a series about a young girl named Lovey, who along with her sisters, was sent away to boarding school. It tells about the shenanigans the girls get up to whilst at the school. Not sure is the time period. If I had to guess I’d say 40’s or 50’s. I believe it took place in America, and I can’t remember the author’s name.
