Merge Rob and Robert Chilson

There are two entries for the same author, each with a couple of the same book underneath:

I'm not sure about this one. He seems to be better known as Rob Chilson, at least that is how wikipedia lists him, and ISFDB. WorldCat has author pages for both names, not too helpful, and I can't get LOC to give me anything at all. I leave it for wiser heads.

In the book title pages he's sometimes shown as Robert (e. g. Robot City) and more often as Rob, so indeed Rob would be be the better choice.

Okay, changed the name in the german edition of robot city #5 an combined it again with the rest of the editions under that name
