Julia Walsh is a Peter E. Randall Publisher author. The only book she has published is Wings in the Wind. The other two books in her listing College Success Skills: A Guide for Students and Surviving "The Life": How I Overcame Sex Trafficking are not by the same Julia Walsh as the author of Wings in the Wind. Can those second two books be removed from her author page? Thank you.

It was published as Seaton, Andrew - so the system didn't recognize it as Andrew Seaton.

The best I can tell, your posts went to the ask the author [you] location instead of to the GR Librarians group. I can't find any posts from you in this group, and at your profile when I clicked on your request, it came back to your author page.

But it's corrected now.

The librarian note you made on your profile is not a request either. The only time a librarian will see that note is if they are combining or editing the books in your profile. It isn't a message that goes anywhere.

If you open the "edit details" link to the book details page, you will see the place to upload the cover just to the right of the title field.

My co-author Primum Draco and I have two books on here so far. My name was originally listed as Rose Thorne but there is another author with the same name with numerous books. Within our books my name has been updated to reflect my new name, but Goodreads has not updated it.

To claim it, please scroll down to where it says Is this you? and finish setting it up.

Goodreads disambiguates between authors of the same name by using spaces between the author's first and last name.

Your author profile has 2 spaces: Rose^^Thorne, where the ^ equals a space.

When publications are automatically imported from Amazon or other sources, the "handshake' between Goodreads and the other source do not recognize multiple spaces, so the work goes to the default 1 space profile.

You can post in this forum to have it moved, or you can add the book with the 2 spaces between your first and last name before publication.

When you ask for assistance, it is helpful to include that your author profile has 2 spaces.

Your author profile has 2 spaces between your first and last name. This is to separate you from other authors of the same name.

It is quite helpful if you mention that your profile is the "2 space" profile when you ask for assistance.
