Need to change the cover art

Is the new cover the one with the cityscape in the background?

Sorry it's taken me a few days to get back to you. I ended up going to visit my parents and hadn't been able to get back.

Yes. The cover is the one with the cityscape on it, but there were two editions of that. A pale one and a full color one.
This is the correct cover.
