ABANDONED. Romance between a girl and a twin who have been BFFs for years

This YA romance it about a girl who can tell the difference between a set of identical twin brothers but doesn’t tell them because one of them is convinced that whoever can is their true love. I think the book switches between POV but I can not for the life of me remember anything else!

What is the story's time period and location (country, region, well-known city, small town)?

Uhhh they must be around 18-20, I think they met in school? High school. Middle class families for both of them.

Set maybe 2000s I really wish I could tell you more but if I knew more I would probably be able to find it myself. Small town but again I can’t remember much else except the main plot.

Are they out of high school?

If so, sounds more like NA than YA.

Did you read it as a physical book or e-book?

I can’t remember I’m pretty sure they were young but I don’t know how young it could be NA! It was an e-book
