I applied to be a librarian. But I didn't get any response. What should I do?

It's not an immediate acceptance or rejection - and you won't get a response if you've been rejected. It can take a while to be accepted, mine took 3-4 weeks. If it's been a while since you've applied, they may just not need more librarians at this time. If you've only just applied, there's nothing else to do but wait.
I applied a few months ago, never heard anything back. That's OK...my feelings aren't hurt...much. LOL
