Spoilers:
The beginning starts with the male main character coming back as a wolf and then shifts back to normal, takes a shower, and has sex with girlfriend. The mysterious killings start to happen after the male main character's sister has a baby girl. The sister has problems controlling her shifting abilities. She is the one doing the killings. The police and park rangers eventually kill her while she is a wolf and the baby girl goes to live with the male main character and his girlfriend.
