((*facepalm* I meant work and school. See its already started.))
((But no. I'm in a research methods class and we have to come up with a literal board approved psychology research project. I'm dying already. our proposal is due next Wednesday and we just learned how to do it today.))
((So far our hypothesis is that during meditation anxiety is decreased allowing for higher memory retention compared to those who do not meditate and then have to remember something. Anxiety and meditation have been studied separately but not many correlational studies have been done between the two of them.))
((mind you this will be a sample of college students so it won't necessarily be generalizable to everyone else.))
(If there is one I learn while in the military is that everything is the same no matter how you look at it)
((We are strictly not allowed to do that in psychology though unless our results point in that direction. Its what enhances research :) and finds new things.))

(Oh not that we've found. Its either been all ages of training, so like older and for their job, or college students who suffer from higher anxiety.))
((Yup. and those two aren't generalizable unfortunately. but fortunately there are many college students who suffer from anxiety lol))
((Yeah. We are of course going to go for publication and conference because we are all planning on grad school and research experience helps a lot.))

"Thanks." she smiled and then turned away from him, leaving him alone until he decided to day something. "Can I get something else? Not as strong would be great." she knew she was drunk, but she also was proud of the fact that she wasn't a sloppy drunk.
He looked over "sure" he said he fixed a martini and gave it to her
"You know I've never actually drank a martini." she told him
"Did you change it at all?" she asked curiously as she took a tentative sip
Markus dipped his head slightly in thanks once his drink was placed in front of him, reaching to bring it closer, finger tracing about the smooth rim of the glass. "Ah, Bad Ex?" he questioned, bring the glass to his lips for a quick sip.
"Yeah." she nodded and sipped again. "So what's in it?" she asked referring to her martinig
"a bartender is like a magician we never reveal our secrets" he said
"Ugh, I should have seem that coming." she muttered and rolled her eyes at him
he chuckled a little bit some other customer came in and ordered drinks and he quickly made them
She ended up ordering two more martinis before calling it quits. She searched her pockets for her phone and came up empty handed.
Markus turned his body towards the girl as the bartender left to attend to other patrons, watching her silently for a while, wondering how such a slight girl had such a high tolerance. "Are you alright?..." Mark spoke up, noticing that it look like she was getting ready to leave, he wanted to make sure that she wasn't going to drive and that she had someone to see her safely home.
"Yeah I'm fine." she nodded finally finding her phone. Now she just needed to get home and sleep the awful day away
"You're not driving, are you?" Markus said, his light coloured eyes drifting over the girl's face.
"No, I'll walk." she assured him smiling
He got done with other people's orders for the moment
"What do I owe you?" she asked as he came back
