SOLVED. YA Older (maybe 19?) Orphan Girl Learns She's an Elf and gets taken to the realm by three military guys

First begins in our world where our main girl has grown up as an orphan and is now maybe 19-20 and works as a bar-back to make ends meet. Has one guy friend who's a roommate- or maybe it's a girlfriend, but either way, she has very limited friends. Then a group of three men take her to the elven world- she falls in love with one of the military guys bringing her back.

Gets to the elven world, and maybe is royalty?? I don't remember if that's part of it or if she just has to go visit a palace. Then somehow gets taken by a different guy who takes her to a well-armed house at the coast, and even though he's mean to her and semi abusive, they have their own romance (his name might be Kane). Eventually, there's a huge fight scene at the coast, she escapes and our original military guy reunites but they don't actually get back together... that's all I can remember :(

The characters are intimate, so maybe it isn't strictly YA. The majority of the book takes place in the elven realm, but I think she returns to the real world at the end. Was a series of at least two books. I read them about four years ago (2016), not sure how old they were at the time.
