No, Dawn. I'm just on book 3 of GC. I slipped in the first two Will Trent books so I can move straight on into the 3rd WT book after reading the last GC - which I know will rip my heart out.

This is a great historical mystery series set in Czarist Russia. This particular book has a nice terrorism/revolutionary plotline.
Dawn wrote: "Okay but do not go onto the third WT book until you finish GC. Good for you, sticking to the one a month. That was impossible for me lol."
I really don't have a choice, Dawn. I have so many ongoing series and when you add in group monthly reads & several buddy reads, I just don't have time to binge one series - at least not often. I'll get there. And no, I won't read any farther in WT until I finish GC.

I'd love to start the Faces of Evil series. I just have to finish knocking off some others first. I did finish Fractured & loved it. Very interesting guy, our Will Trent.

Cutting back this year has made a HUGE difference! This has been my best reading month ever. I've loved (or seriously liked) everything...all my own choices.

I loved that book!"
I love it so far Karen. I still have far to go, but the characters are extremely funny which I need at the moment.

I've backed off a lot myself - from accepting so many ARC's, etc., but I have a lot of series started that I want to catch up on and then I try to participate in almost all my group MR's & BR's which adds up to several more. I do enjoy most of the books I'm reading now...that's awesome!

That's great, Sheri. I'll have my reread done in a few days. We'll go straight on into the novella, Missing in Death, after Kindred.
Here is my review for Last Chance by Christy Reece, Last Chance Rescue #6, and my review of The Killer Next Door by Alex Marwood.
I also finished Worth the Fall by Claudia Connor, The McKinney Brothers #1, and really liked this feel-good story. Review to come.
Lastly, I finished One to Hold by Tia Louise, One to Hold #1. Liked it, didn't love it but I plan to finish the trilogy and am now reading the next book in the series, One to Keep.

I finished Worth the Fall by Claudia Connor earlier and here's my review.
I also finished One to Hold by Tia Louise, One to Hold #1, and here's my review. I finished One to Keep, the second in the trilogy, and enjoyed it more than the first (review to come).
I'm now reading Force of Attraction by D.D. Ayres, K-9 Rescue #2.

Quynh, The 3rd book, The Secret, is really great. Hunter does an awesome job of picking up all those threads, adding in some big revelations, & tying it all up in the end. I think you'll like it!

I'm looking forward to it. I think Elizabeth said on her website she is writing a novella for Damian and Sari. Re-reading The Singer reminded me why their dynamic is so interesting and you know there's more to their story. Can't wait to get to the third book. I've heard lots of positive things about it.
