I put on the review thread for Letters S,O,A,P in series title (in any order) but in retrospect I think this is only for a "series" and not the title.

This book is a standalone and doesn't have a series title, so this won't count, right? I need to remove it?

Correct. Soap needs to be in the series title. Not book title. If your book doesn’t have a series title then it won’t work.
