I dind't find any that weren't published, all of mine missed the narrator on one or more editions.Posted the update so it won't be forgotten :)
The easy ones have covers with the correct author name listed. Others need further research online and some are just not possible to find.
Anyone that wants can jump in for a few, maybe just mention what page you are jumping in at here, so that there's no double-editing.
