Book cover update, Combine editions, and edit title

Crashing Down (Stone Cliff Series Book 1) has a new cover, different series title and four different editions under it. I added a new cover but it still defaults to the old name and cover. Cathryn (the author) needs it updated to reflect the name. I'm her assistant and was trying to get access to be a librarian but no email yet as to being added.

Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have. Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... and http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/85...
