SOLVED. Book about Asian girl. Had a bridge as one of main settings [s]

I read this book a long time ago for school. I don't remember much about it. I think it was set during ww2 and the main character was either a Chinese or Japanese girl who was discriminated against. I remember one of the main settings of the book was an Asian style arched bridge in a park. I don't remember much more and would like to re-read this book as young me didn't pay much attention. I seem to recall the title having moon in it. Hope I have enough info I'll post more if I remember anything else.

I'm convinced this is "Moon Bridge." Japanese-American girl sent to internment camp, they agree to meet up at a bridge, which happens years later, etc.
