I'm reading Fire me up next. Its strange reading the Aisling series right after I read Betsy the Vampire. They are so much alike. Although I have to admit I prefer Aisling to Betsy. She doesn't talk about name brands that have absolutely no meaning to me at all.

Oh goodie! I am about 1/2 thru Bitten and there is so much tension between Elena and Clay that I am about to die! The have already done the tree scene. Whew! At least that's out of the way! Glad to know they are still on fire--gives me more to look forward to...

Congrats! I agree about Merry. I didn't like that series as much as Anita but I will keep reading.

I think Merry should work for a demolition team as she seems to be breaking down a lot of walls at the moment everytime she has sex *laugh*

Also, I don't know what the author's fascination is with long hair --- everyone has multi-colored muppet hair down to their ankles.

That said, I don't dislike the series. *grin* I think there is a lot of potential, I just want to see something happen!

Lol, muppet hair. I don't know what her deal with it is either. I honestly don't think it's a turn-on at all, mostly it would just get in the way.

I know--I had to block out her descriptions of the men and sub with my own. Multi-colored haired muppet men--good choice of words. I wanted to think Galen (thats his name right?) was handsome but with green hair and I think his skin had a green tint too right? It was hard to get past that at some points. I also agree with how you are feeling that you want something to happen--I felt that way too.

Really enjoyed Vampire Academy - Dimitri is hot (somebody please tell me that he gets it on with Rose at some point). Tall, Dark, Handsome with an accent - I think I just found my ideal man..... 4 out of 5 - almost a 5 (didn't quite reach the Twilight standard).

Frost Bite is now on order and could become my blue book.
