It also doesn't have any testy moments either. It is like everyone's ideal clean romance book.

Same, I really wish that ours was open. If only I could tell the future and then check out 100 books before all this happened!

Here's an idea: How about our local libraries let us put hold on any of the books on their website (if your library has a website) and then deliver them to us?

So...this is mainly for my local library because I don't know how others run.
My library should let me put hold on some books and then just deliver them to my house! Mask and gloves on and just leave them by my front door. That way nobody gets in physical contact with anyone and we are all happy! Well, maybe not the librarian...lol

message 72: by Emilie (new)

Emilie Chase (emilierosechase) | 128 comments Yes that’s a wonderful. Though I might go crazy and hold 100 books or more lol

Has anyone read Six Of Crows? EVERYONE has been reading it lately and I was wondering if it was romance... I might check it out!

☀︎El In Oz☀︎ (elinoz) It isn’t. There are some romances, but very very little and none is actually established in the first book. I never read the sequel but I assume there’s not a lot in that one either.

Becca da Romance Queen (becca_da_romance_queen) | 613 comments Mod
Ok, thanks. Do you think the book is good anyway?

☀︎El In Oz☀︎ (elinoz) Becca, I don’t think it’s a good book personally. I gave it 2 stars. Of course you may like it but for me it wasn’t something I enjoyed.

I need to do the same, I am getting too caught up in romance.

Sara | 101 comments Pffft no such thing lol

Okay, got a kooky request here... but anybody know any books (romance or not) with a male MC? I feel like I've read a lot of female MCs recently and they all have the same voice.

message 85: by Kacie (new)

Kacie The Thief This book is amazing. It's a little slow, but if you take time to appreciate the characters and world building, it's amazing

House Arrest

The False Prince This one is also really really good. It has a little bit of romance, especially later in the series

Fawkes This is also pretty good, has some romance

These are all clean, and all really good. But I would personally suggest reading The Thief:)

Can someone please recommend a GOOD YA Mystery Romance book? Not TOO scary, and barely mysterious🤣 I know I just asked for a mystery, but I want to read a book that is very similar to Paper Towns. I HATE scary books, but I would really like to get into some mystery. Any recs? Thanks!😊

I highly recommend See You at Harry's by Jo Knowles! It's mainly clean and it's a great heart-breaking book if anyone wants to cry.

Hi Amanda,
try:
Lady in Waiting by Jea Hawkins
The Settlement by ali Spooner
Good Composition by Lily Seabrooke
One Two Oh by A.C. Henley ( Currently Free from Affinity Rainbow Publications, if interested ask me for a link)
It had to be You by Clare Lydon (I think she's currently giving it away free on her website or on "I heart lesfic")

That should keep you reading for while.

Maybe Hush, Hush? It starts out a little spooky as if I remember right Patch is sent to kill her but that changes quickly. But read reviews to see if you can hack it. I do love spooky books but can't stand gore.

message 97: by ~☆~Autumn (new)

~☆~Autumn | 0 comments Norah Lofts writes clean books. They are mostly historical so you learn a little history too. I also think The Moon in The Water was clean but it has been over 30 years since I read it so I may have forgotten.

Matched is the only one I can think of at this time and I can't remember if you have read this one... it also has kind of mixed up emotions for reviews... I read it and it was deep and clean.
