Salome believes her father is a convicted murderer. Do you think that may have shaped a lot of her behavior and self perception as a young teen?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 677 comments Sure -- how could it not?

I think it was a major driver of her self perception. She was so eager to be part of the community when she started school and it was a major blow when she was rejected. It was a major turning point in her doubting herself and fueled by the sins of her father.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 1591 comments Absolutely. Not only is her father a murderer her mother has the reputation of a witch. She must wonder what foul genes are part of her makeup. She wants to strike out before her peers strike at her.
