Hi all,

I've created two polls for favourite Sci-fi and Fantasy BoTM 2014 (polls #3 & #4).

Results are hidden and will be announced at the end of the month!

Head over and cast your vote :) plus feel free to discuss in this thread or on the poll itself.

Happy 2015 everyone!!

Ryan Wow. I have to read me some Sanderson. Which of those two would you lot recommend as the better starting point?

Start with the Mistborn series, it's good and it's finished.

Yay, I'm so glad that Hyperion won sci-fi! :D Although I'm kind of surprised at Ancillary Justice coming 3rd, I really did not like that book...

Brandon Sanderson certainly stormed the Fantasy poll :) I voted for The Final Empire so glad to see it near the top.

Ryan I got Ancillary Justice for Christmas, so it's on my to-read list for this year. Why didn't you like it?

I just found it hard to get along with, the constantly changing gender was confusing and I just generally didn't like it :( Which is a shame...

This was my experience as well.
