Changes to my author page

Hello,

There is a book on my author page that is not mine. I'm wondering if it cand be removed? The book is called Passed through Fire.

Also there are 2 books of mine that are out of print and have been republished as another book with another publisher. The book that is out of print is Lord, I'm Broken.

My book, Lord, Heal My Heart is on there like 5 different times. Can it be merged into just one?
