I am loving this, because it is getting me to step outside my comfort zone and find new types of books!
I need Recommendations for (if anyone has any):

A book more than 100 years old

A book originally written in a different language

A Play

A Memoir

A graphic novel

A book based on a true story

A book based on or turned into a TV show

And a question: For a book that takes place in your hometown - I think I am going to go with STATE, because my town is too small and I am sure there are not books written that takes place there, so that being said, I need a recommendation for a book set in Ohio too!

FYI: For my nonfiction I am reading Popular Vintage Wisdom for a Modern Geek by Maya Van Wagenen which is supposed to really good!

For Classic Romance/Pulitzer prize (im not sure which one yet-it qualifies for both) I am going to read Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell

I am definitely in for Persuasion by Jane Austen ! Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice was one of my all time favorite books! And to think I never would have read it, if it weren't for my high school english teacher!

Vega_girl | 6624 comments Yay!!! Ya, Erika you were the reference I was talking about!! LOL!! I love all but one of Jane Austen's books, but this one is my favorite because it's about screwing up the first time and trying for a second chance.
