Carolyn | 9836 comments Not sure if I'll make it Laura as I still have 18 to go. I'm currently aiming for 45 as a more realistic goal! Maybe you could revise your goal too?

message 102: by Neko (new)

Neko That sounds like a good number :) I may make it as I need to read some art books and graphic novels so it can easily bump up the book count...but even if i don't make it i will be okay w/whatever.

Atta girl...chuck in a couple of short stories too! :D

message 128: by Carolyn (new)

Carolyn | 9836 comments That's the trouble I've read all the short ones and mainly have the doorstops left!
I have sneaked a few into Summer challenges so might get to them next month ;)

message 130: by Carolyn (new)

Carolyn | 9836 comments I'm going to give it a go Laura!

message 131: by Suz (new)

Suz | 4426 comments Good job Carolyn! Do you have any particular way of choosing, or do you just grab whatever takes you fancy? Almost there. I wonder if I should take a leaf out of your book for next year?!

message 132: by Carolyn (new)

Carolyn | 9836 comments I was just grabbing whatever I feel like reading next as it's nice to have an unstructured approach to some reading but lately I've tried to work a few into challenges just to get through them. I'm going to take a few on holiday with me next week to read on the beach at Waikiki :)

It's been good too to read some older books sitting on the shelves and not just newer ones I've bought recently. Do you have that problem as well - having a lot of unread books that you never get too?

message 133: by Jülie ☼♄  (new)

Jülie ☼♄  (jlie) | 6581 comments ^_^ Ahem....to read on the beach in Waikiki!! Life's a beach isn't it?..but a Girl's gotta do etc...

Fantastic way for you to get your tbr down Carolyn...enjoy!! ;D
