Abby (adoylereads) | 23 comments I read this book in 2014 when I was covering an English teacher's maternity leave for her 6th graders. I think it was 1st person. It was about a boy whose father was a spy, I think he had some spy training, and he was trying to figure out how to blend into normal life, and going to a new, civilian school was awkward. The main character had kind-of an Artemis Fowl vibe: he preferred suits and adult conversation, and he might have had some highly trained adult man in his life for company. It seemed pretty new, probably not written before the early 2000s, judging by the tech, but might have pre-dated wide-spread use of smartphones. Any help would be appreciated-- I never got to find out how it ended!

Abby, "YA Spy Book" is a start but you need to add more plot details to your header. Use the little edit link. Headers MUST contain at least some plot details. (Please read the group rules at the top of the group's home page.)

Thanks, sorry. I worried it would be repetitive with the Plot I had put into the longer description.

It's ok to be repetitive - a lot of times mods are looking at long lists of headers only, so we can't see the longer description.
