Yeah I realized that after I saw what it looked like...I'll have to fix that.

Raven Sparrow stood on the upper deck of the Black Pearl, she had both hands on her hips and her facial expression was that of annoyance. She and the Captain had had one of their strongly-worded arguments the night before and she was still stewing about it. So this afternoon she was constantly snapping at the crew and keeping them on their toes, barking orders when one of the men slowed or finished his job she had given him. Raven's jaw clenched and unclenched as she looked out upon the dark sea, her eyes would've set fire to the water had that be possible from flame that was burning within them at that moment. A spray of water came over the side of the rail and hit Raven, soaking her face and making cough from the saltiness of the water. Shaking her head she wiped her eyes, still coughing and trying to adjust to the brackish taste in her mouth.

Raven cast a glare towards the sound of the Captain's voice and the water from her face with the back of her hand. "Like that has never happened to you before," she grumbled, resting her hands upon the railing and looking out of the gray choppy water. A salty breeze came up over the side of the ship and blew into her face, whipping her hair against her neck and cheekbones, her hat nearly coming off of her head. But luckily, it didn't. That would've just added to something else that the Captain could tease her about. First, the sea spraying her in the face, then the wind knocking her hat off of her head. Yes, that would certainly end well. Another argument would most definitely be in store if that had happened.

Raven almost smiled at that, but she shooed his hand away. "Fate. Perhaps the sea wants to pick on me today," she said, sighing and setting her hands in the pockets of her worn leather coat. Not taking her eyes away from the sea that seemed to be holding a grudge against her today she watched the gray waves as they moved like claws, scratching at the side of the ship she stood upon like a hungry animal. She had the slightest hunch that today was not a good day to sail, the sea seemed just too dangerous, but she knew that nothing would stop the Captain from sailing.
