Read this book maybe around 2016 it's YA Fantasy
A girl grew up on an island and thought she was grotesque and ugly and a giant and then she left the island for some reason and it turned out that she was adopted by dwarfs and she was normal sized and everyone on the island was a dwarf. After the island she lived more of a privileged life and probably had a love interest. There may have been an evil queen and an apple at some point but I'm not sure. I think the cover might have included red smoke, but again I can't be sure.
