In Loco Politico is an open-source politics and current events blog ran by students, for students. ILP was created by Javier Solis and Izamar Diaz, who are also the main authors. Both have been friends since 6th grade, where their interest in politics and current events began. Their passion for major news events and politics with others culminated their senior year in high school, when they created In Loco Politico. The ultimate goal of In Loco Politico is to provide an environment in which different world views and opinions can be shared, so feel free to comment on the posts!
