What are you reading or plan to read? 2015
I only plan on shrinking my to-read list. My resolution is to try NOT TO add too many so I can finish the year with a few less on the list (but I know it will never happen). As to what I'll read, I might stray for a book or two, but I will mostly stick to indies. Aside from being cheaper, there are jewels out there and it's fun to discover them.
So many plans, lol. I'll never get through them all. I think I will cut down on the number of group reads I do, unless I already own the book, so I can reduce some of the double stacks of books on my shelves :( I love discovering new authors but this year needs to be about catching up.
As far as reading? Catch up with all my series so I'm up to date. What I've been doing this past year was reading new books and thereby adding more series to my series! I need control!
I hear you! I have an ever growing TBR pile and I always get impulsive and buy something else that I should just wait on... lolI will be finishing the Jill Kismet series in the first week(s) of January, and after that, I need to try to clear out some of my free ebooks! But I'm sure I'll get waylaid by some exciting cover at the bookstore!
Christine Feehan's Game Series - I read the first couple when they came out but didn't continue, I really prefer reading a series book after book...hate waiting for the next one :)
I actually got approved for a large number of ARCs on NetGalley and really REALLY need to get caught up! AND I watch for ebook sales, so anything that goes on sale and isn't available from my library online, I pick up (if it's $2 or less!) But this has made my amount of ebooks astronomical. I need to stop accumulating and actually getting through these! My name is Cindy and I am a hoarder.

We could get rich and read all day.

I knoooww i read the first one but it took me forever between my studies and work it took all semester.
I just started reading The Last Apprentice series, I fell in love instantly. I was very excited to learn the series has 13 books to read. I also want to read all of Gail Cariger's Parasol Protectorate series. I think that should be all I'm able to read in a year.
Uh, no plan. I foresee many more books added to my TBR mountain, going in and out of series books like a crazy woman, and looking for more freebies that catch my eye. LoL
I had a really bad year for reading in 2014. However, I didn't do to bad a job on finally eating up some of the series. So that's kind of my goal, to keep catching up on all the series!

"It really does sound good. Even though she's really hit or miss for me.
Shera (Book Whispers) wrote: "It really does sound good. Even though she's really hit or miss for me."I love her Shifters series. Her Soul Screamers I'm still trying to get in to though and I haven't had a chance to read the Unbound series yet.
Shifters is good, and is one of the ones I need to finish. Soul Screamers I need to give another go. And the Unbound series . . . ugh. So it could go either way for me with this new series, but it sounds brilliant. Also she has a spinoff of the Shifter series coming up. Not sure if the book releases next year or the year after, but it's exciting!
Well I hope you enjoy it once you get to it!Oh, there is a book that I've been lusting after.
After Cruel Beauty anything this author writes is on my buy list. Plus, the reviews are starting to come in for Crimson Bound and they're great!
Shera (Book Whispers) wrote: "They're great! And Cruel Beauty is one of the best re-telling I've read in ages."I added it to my TBR. It looks good!
oh man - I was trying to hit reply for a message, but I think I may have accidentally flagged out instead. if so, please ignore the flag! And I can't wait for Crimson Bound either. I read Cruel Beauty and Gilded Ashes and both erred really good!
Well cruel beauty is on my list! Havn't got round to reading it... I guess my *cough* resolution is to somehow shrink my growing TBR list, so many books and not enough time.
Tracy wrote: "I plan to read Harry Potter this year. Yes, I know, I know. I'm very late to the game."Don't feel bad, I've been meaning to read them as well. Had a go last year and only managed 2 of them. Just couldn't get into them.
Am trying to read new authors this year and went through my TBR list and came up with 80 authors so am having ago at them. Have banned myself from doing rereads this year in the hope of bringing my TBR list down.
Well The Dark Series comes out this year starting with The Dark Prince this month! I think this is what I'm going to read.. oh and The Fire of Tartarus comes out as well
Chiara wrote: "Well The Dark Series comes out this year starting with The Dark Prince this month! I think this is what I'm going to read.. oh and The Fire of Tartarus comes out as well"Is that the Christine Feehan series?
ok so I don't know if you can do this here or not, but if I can't just tell me and I'll delete this message. So here goes ,Nook Books To Be Read Ok, here’s the deal even though I’m reading the paperback copy of The Hunt For Atlantis ,I have 53 nook books to read ,so I want to start one of the but I don’t know which one to start, so I’ve put up the link t my pinterest board Nook books To Be Read, so you get to pick the one that I’m going to start.
http://www.pinterest.com/coror02/nook...
So take a look and then in a message to me here put the name of the book and the one that has its name down more then once will be the one I read. Like I said if I can't put it up like this then I'm sorry because I didn't know. And I well delete this from here and once again I'm sorry.
How about start with the oldest and work forward, or if you want to bring the numbers down fast read the short storys first.
Right now I'm reading Slade (from The Protector's series) by Teresa Gabelman but am looking forward to getting my hands on Bound by Flames by Jeaniene Frost and Viper Game by Christine Feehan for my next reading pleasures!

These are my 12 books plus 4 that I'm reading for my The Life Of A Book Addict January 2015 Challenge ,the ones with finish I've all ready read and the ones with out I still have to do.
I feel like I have some old business to take care of this year, i.e. books that have been sitting on my (literal) TBR shelf in my bedroom that need to be read. Then there are so many new things, new authors and even new genres, I'd like to try out.Right now I've started reading Anna Dressed in Blood and it's my first horror book ever. I'm really enjoying it.
I'm currently doing the GR 2015 Reading Challenge and would also like to participate in several others as well. I especially enjoy doing monthly and quarterly ones as they give so much satisfaction when done. I'm looking forward to doing more with PAN, this group has good ideas for challenges ;)!
I have a huge TBR list going back several years, but none of the older books on the list appeal to me any more. I think I definitely need to clean out my TBR list.
Katharine wrote: "I have a huge TBR list going back several years, but none of the older books on the list appeal to me any more. I think I definitely need to clean out my TBR list."I cleared out my TBR list last fall as it was full of books I would never read but put their on a whim
I can't seem to keep up with myself. I have laundry baskets full of books, stacks all over everything. And I keep getting more. I don't like to put them on the shelf until they are read, which makes my area look like a hoarder :-) I need to go through them and take old ones from family and trade them in!!
I'm so excited for Lion's Share to come out in print!I don't want to buy the ebook because I want to keep all my "shifters" books in paperback form.
I know it's a spin off of the Shifters series, but I'd still like to keep them all the same.
I'm currently reading Secrets of a Summer Night
by Lisa Kleypas and Penmort Castle
by Kristen Ashley.
Still trying to choose between Deception by D. B. Reynolds, The Unleashing by Shelly Laurenston and Otherwise Engaged by Amanda Quick. So, while I mull over which one to start first I'm reading a Harlequin Desire romance book to pass the time.
