Sort by title with numbers?

Hi everybody!
How should I handle this book (swedish translation of Pieces of Modesty) in regards of the sort by title field? Should it be:
6 x Modesty
or
Modesty, 6 X
Or should it be something else all together?

Should be 6 x modesty. And sort by should always be lower case.

You only change the order of the sort by title if it starts with a preposition, such as "the" or "a".

*Definite or indefinite article (sorry Sandra! 😘), which Swedish doesn't have (at least not separately).
