Thank you Layne!! I got it!

Got it! Thank you Layne 😁❤😚 I'll be diving in when I'm done Stone Princess

I will be honest. I’m a little mad about how it ended"
That book was a wild ride! Did you grab Lying in Wait? There’s also a very short story about Gavin to read after reading Lying in Wait.

Squee, gah, I loved Jezebel. That book is what made me curse on Maryse's blog at 2am. LMFAO! It is also part of how Katie and I became friends, LOL...she's good people! I adore her.

You're welcome even if you found it lacking in the entertaining department, it is a good thing if you're excited to finish the series (always a bonus for me) :)

Finished it and I really liked it but the whole sucess of Isaac in 3 years was a bit weird...everyone knows Hollywood it's not a piece of cake. And the moment of the reunion/revelations I found it lacking strong emotions but as a whole I liked it. Thank you for your choice :)

Diann, we did huge BR of this when it came out and I think I was only one who didnt like it. I HATED the ending. Twisty books like this are not my thing at all. ☹

5 Stars! Thank you Grey! Loved it, and yes, you were right, loved Theo!! Here's my review:

Yay! I’m so glad you liked it!

It felt draggy and long and then the end was rushed.

Me too Lisa, I thought I was the only one

I recommended to my sister.

Oh Melinda! That’s so nice of you! Thank you so much <3

I loved it too Melinda!
Lisa, sorry it didn't work out for you :-/

I loved it Layne, you should be so proud of yourself, and I really truly loved it

I left a review on Amazon too.

You’re the best! Thank you! <3

T. I just finished Daisy Jones & The Six! It was the first audiobook I’ve been able to finish and that’s in large part to the cast of narrators! I finished it in one day, so obviously I loved it. 5 stars. Thanks for a great pick!

But the end is the best part....where it punches you in the face. I still remember sitting there picking it up and putting it down and shouting at the damn book!!!!!

Right?! That audio is one of the best I've ever heard. I'm so happy you loved it, Marissa.

You're welcome ..."
Same, Marta. I've been excited for the final book since I read the first one and I would never have just jumped ahead.

Vicious loved it 4 stars

I can't for the life of me understand why they'd hire an ensemble FOURTEEN narrators yet not have each narrator take a character and stick with it throughout. I know it's more expensive, but IMO having each chapter read in different accents ranging from Middle Eastern to the hills of Kentucky made zero sense. One woman's accent was so thick that I could barely understand what she was saying, but at least she sounded like she fit the setting and the characters. Then when I wasn't confused, I was just bored. I cared not one iota for any of these characters. I'm just so disappointed! I really wish KA would have written these 7 years ago and released books first instead of the audio.
I want to mention that Michele powered through this and gave it 4-1/2 stars, so if you want to give it a try, please don't listen to me. The narration really threw me off and I'm obviously super picky about my narration.
Thanks for allowing me to get this off my tbr, Jen!

Renee, that is soooo annoying. I would hate that, too. It makes no sense. You didn't even care for the story, aside from the disappointing narration?

T--not really. At first, I thought I couldn't get into it because it was so confusing (I restarted the first chapter 5 times), but I really tried to give it a chance, even with the weird narration issues. It was telling me that "a" was going to happen; therefore, the characters had to do "b" to prepare and make it not happen, but I wasn't feeling it.
Then when I was feeling guilty for wanting to DNF it, I read the reviews and it seems to truly be one of those books that people either love or hate (and the haters often DNF).

I can't for the life of me understand why they'd..."
OH NO!!! I was looking forward to listening to this! I started but kept stopping. I wasn't feeling the narrator at first and just hoped it me not in the mood but each time I started again I was...MEH, maybe later. BUMMER!

I can't for the life of me understand why they'd..."
Renee, I admit it really did take me a while to get into myself. I felt like this book is setting up a lot for the entire series. I believe the reviews do reflect you either love or hate it...I was fortunate to enjoy it after I got in the groove with the narration. I'll also say that I don't always love KA...there have been other books by her that I DNF'd...so I really think it depends on the story and person as to whether or not they connect. I'm bummed it didn't work for you Renee, but I totally get it.

I hope you enjoy the heck out of it!!!!"
I'm running behind with this one. I like it so far but after Monsters: A Love Story I'm having a hard time getting into anything!

That’s funny you say that, Robin. I just read two pages of a book and had to go back and reread, because the whole time I was thinking about Monsters. I’ve read two books since Monsters, so who knows why it’s interrupting my reading now. 😁
