My pick for Michele is Song of David, By Amy Harmon. I have loved everything she has written.

LOL. This was has been on my shelf for so long. And everyone loved it. So it's about time, right? (nothing is keeping me out of the fridge. I swear I am hungry all day. I'm like a newborn. Maybe I need a pacifier?)

I told Michele that I was starting it a couple of weeks ago (and I listened to the first few pages), but then I had some library holds come available, so I decided to put it on my PFM list. As soon as I finish listening to All the Ugly and Wonderful Things, I'll start it.

I had no idea so many of you loved this book, besides Robin. Lol. I've wavered over reading this one for so long, to the point where I've had a physical copy and ebook at different times from my library and then never took the time to read them. The reviews are so mixed and some of the negative ones feed right into that avoidance. I thought I could try the audio, because and audio can sometimes get me through any rough parts that would normally cause me to set a book down. But then I listened to a sample and couldn't stomach the narration. It's also just shy of 600 pages, so unfortunately using it as my 600 pg option on the reading challenge can't be used as motivation either. Such a dilemma. LOL!
