When Nora was 17-years old, she was recruited by FBI Agent Andy Keene to help trap her mother and stepfather. Later in the story, she acknowledged that he’d mishandled and lied to her. How so?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments I don't know. I must have missed where they explained what happened, but I was looking for an explanation and never saw it.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I remember Nora saying that she had been lied to by Agent Keene. At the time I wasn't sure what she was talking about. Could he have been romancing her to get her to work with the FBI? I believe she had a crush on him when she was seventeen.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments I got that at seventeen she was more than a little in love with him. Was he stringing her alone to get more information? Probably. Maybe he lied about how the op would go down?

I was hoping someone else figured out what I couldn’t. Maybe it was how he forced her to go through with Cameron & Lorraine’s plan, putting her and Quin in the line of fire. She was technically a child and he put her life at risk. It also got him killed.

Wish Brennan would have elaborated here.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments That whole backstory should have been better explained.

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 9296 comments Mod
Definitely!

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I don't think they ever really said, but I was thinking that maybe it had to do with Quin and the promises he made her.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments I couldn't get a handle on what kind of lie she thought he told her either.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments We have all pointed out some behaviors that were questionable about the way this op went down.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments Well, I'm glad no one else figured it out. I kept wondering if I missed something.
