as i recall heroine was a party girl and slept around with a lot of guys, and guys with girlfriends and even her friend's boyfriends. one day she was partying and cops arrested her and she had to do community work where she meets hero. he volunteered there and was a good guy. he helped heroine become better and they fell in love. i think heroine had some issues with her dad. i read it around 3-4 years ago
