SOLVED. Lady w/4 yr old autistic son dates boyfriend's friend [s]

The novel begins with the young lady sitting in a clinic w/her father, who says, "This better not be what I think it is." It is. She's pregnant. Five years later, she has an autistic son & lives with mom. Her boyfriend is never serious about her. Finally his cousin dates her and is receptive to her son. Cousin is a loser, but in the end we find that he was molested by his uncle as a child. I believe this is an indie novel. I appreciate your help!
