Need beta reader for short guide

Hi-
I'm looking for a beta reader for a non-fiction guide booklet. It's 19 pages. I know exactly what I'd like the beta reader to look for and everything's been edited several times. This might be of more interest to those in the teaching or ESL field, but available to anyone to give me feedback on.
