I read like the first four or five pages of this book, and I don't really remember much. I read the book in the summer of 2019. It was relatively new, I'm pretty sure. It was part of a series, most likely a trilogy. The second or third book of the series is called Renegade, that was the one I read. Upon realizing it wasn't the first book, I put it back, and I would like to know the name of the first book in the trilogy/series. It had something to do with a girl who had a silver streak in her hair. Yes, I know it sounds really vague, but if you know what I'm talking about, please let me know. Thank you so much.

Series by David Liss, 1st one is Rebels, #3 is Renagades? But the girl doesn't have a silver streak, she is a cat creature with white hair, so this series may not be what you are looking for . . . good series, though!
