First, I want to apologize for not being as responsive to comments as I should be. I hope to respond to all comments this evening.

As for this week's topic, you might consider the relationship between Sganarelle and his master, Don Juan. How is Sganarelle like and unlike the other servants we have encountered in Moliere's plays?

I don't know why my mind keeps going back to Disney, but the ending reminded me of the Beauty and the Beast remake, where the servants felt second-hand guilt for the sins of their master.
