Brianna | 24 comments On this most recent re-read of A Perfect Blood, I decided to read the bonus chapter at the end from Trent's POV and the original version of the chapter mid-novel AT THE SAME TIME, literally flipping back and forth line by line, paragraph by paragraph depending on how much was added in each POV. I highly encourage you give it a try!

It is a fun and fascinating experiment to see when Trent and Rachel are on the same wavelength and when they are thinking COMPLETELY different thoughts, particularly the moments when Trent's thoughts are fixated on Rachel while she's mentally preoccupied with Al and worrying about how she will navigate the conversation with him and re-establish their relationship.

Annie Malone (almalone) | 3 comments Trent's POV is intriguing to read at that point in the series. It definitely gave me something else to consider, Trent as a potential love interest.

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought to do that.

Veronica (readingonthefly) | 16 comments What a cool idea! Why did I never think of that?? lol

Dawn W (tesslacoil) | 56 comments I also re-read those stories. I was rooting for Al when this happened. Then I thought about their history and how a lot of young boys don't understand what they are feeling for a girl, so they bully her instead of dealing with their emotions. Trent was easier to grasp after that.
