Also, Callie's friend, Peggy, is upset about being given a gift. She blew it way out of proportion. It was a nice gesture. She should have accepted it and moved on. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The aunt isn't as likeable on this story. It doesn't help that people she knows keep being accused of murder. The man that was killed was a jerk to everyone, so he could have been killed by anyone. His assistant confirmed this. (hide spoiler)]

When the victim is disliked by everyone it makes it hard to guess who did it.

(view spoiler)[Everyone is being petty and fighting over ridiculous things. The dead man was running a couple of cons. One involving books, and the other wealthy women. Two of the women he scammed are in town. Also, Sean is still in jail. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The killer wasn't really a huge surprise but his reasons were though. The aunt up and leaves to be with a man she hasn't been with in 50 years. Now Callie is left to run the shop on her own. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[The killer was the assistant. He was the idea man. He knew antiques and loved money. The dead man was jeopardizing the con he was running with his own little cons, so his assistant killed him. Also, the aunt runs off with the singer. Turns out they never stopped loving each other.
