It is smelly. I havent' even made it two weeks from date of injury and I couldn't sleep last night because it's so stinky. I've heard rumors that casts smell horrible, but never thought it also applied to this removable velcro jobby the docs have me wearing. I'm grossed out.

I got asked out twice in the last two weeks. I wondered what that was all about... haha
I hate that my son just broke his femur & I'm going to know an awful lot about this topic over the next 4-6 weeks.
p.s. That's right folks, 2 yr old femur break, that means no bathing for that little man for a while to come. (but he's being very brave!!!)

I know Marie, I do feel terrible. Probably almost as bad as you feel for not being able to watch him that night.
