Help me please!!! Need name of book

I am looking for the name/author of a book. I hope someone can help. I'm driving myself nuts!

The h is the daughter of the grim reaper. She is seeking revenge on a guy who used and wronged her centuries ago. She tracks the H and finds him at an orgy in the beginning of the book. He is also seeking revenge but begins the book with an unaffected attitude. She can shapeshift but her true form is statuesque with rainbow hair. This book is part of a series and ends in a cliffhanger. The H also has a 'sire'.

I know my details are sketchy but i dont want to give away too much of the book. I desperately hope thus is enough to jog someones memory.
