SOLVED. Fiction book about a girl who gets kidnapped into a cult and is forced to call her kidnapper “dad.” [s]

My sister in law was telling me about the book, and she cannot remember the name or how it ends. She said she read it “a few years ago” so, I guess I’ll say 2017ish. Possible spoilers below, as I haven’t read it, I’m just going off of what my sister in law said about it.

Evidently, the girl who gets kidnapped discovers she’s been kidnapped into a cult. The children are apparently not allowed to speak to one another, but this girl eventually communicates with other children and discovers the majority of these kids were kidnapped into the cult and they decide to run away and escape the cult together. They camp out in the woods and hide as the cult leaders try to find them. That’s pretty much all the detail I have, can anyone help?
