Battleground question

I've been doing a lot of work in Goodreads over the past couple of weeks, and recent days in particular, by entering information on all the books that I have read. (I had my home office bookshelves refinished recently and I had to remove all my books to have the work done. Due to remain-in-place requirements, I am entering information on each and every book that I own into Goodreads.) I have encountered a few issues throughout the years, but in recent days there seems to be a problem with the Goodreads website. I do have status as a Goodreads librarian, so I am very attentive to ensuring that the entries for a given book are correct before noting that I have "Read" the book. When I post a review for many of these books that I read years ago, I give them a star rating, file them under the bookshelf that I desire and then add the period that I read the book. Because I read many of them so long ago, I try to narrow it down to a particular year and then add read dates from January 1 through December 31 for the chosen year. (I have been keeping accurate dates in the years since I joined Goodreads, but have chosen the year method for past decades.) Once I have entered my desired information, I hit the "post" prompt. There are times that I double-check any librarian updates that I have made for the book just entered and I see that the "read" dates didn't get included in my review section, so I enter the dates again. Later on, when scrolling through my list of books, I see multiple entries for the dates read, so I select the "edit" prompt and delete the duplicate or phantom dates and post the information again. But the updates do not take and the extra "read" dates remain. Why isn't Goodreads editing my information for me? This is pretty frustrating because I've been devoting days to getting this done and I am wasting my time having to go back in and re-edit information. Even after the re-edit, I see that the re-edit is not even working at times. This morning I decided to log completely out of Goodreads to see if I could reboot things without success. Additionally, I selected the alternate view (covers only) for "My Books" instead of the scroll view to see if that might work better for me. I realized that it wasn't going to work, so I went back to the scroll view. As I scrolled down to find the books I was hoping to update (again), the website kept reverting to the "covers only" view on its own. I was hoping to get this wrapped up today or tomorrow at the latest, but I don't feel that I can rely on the website right now. Plus, I'm a bit annoyed at seeing books that I was certain had some information regarding the year that I had read them entered which are now without read dates that I've got to edit again! And some of those books are buried behind others on my bookshelves. I've had some minor issues with Goodreads before, but I've never had them become so unworkable as what I've witnessed in recent days. Is anyone else having these problems? P.S.
