HELP PLEASE READ IM DESPERATE THE BOOK HAS A COVER WITH A MULTICOLOURED TREE ON THE COVER I THINK BUT DONT BASE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS ON THAT , ya book about a girl living in a health institution for teens with problems and they all wear health wrist bands that track them, they earn leisure points and can spend them on privileges, they manage to get cigarettes in and in one scene they take out a golf cart and get caught or in trouble, the boy and girl spend a lot of time on the roof, there is a dramatic scene in a cafe i can’t remember what happens, the girls parents are staff and the boys so they live in the apartments, they try to escape when the twist is revealed i can’t remember the twist, the staffs kids go to a school on campus and get a new teacher and she helps them, they also got to these therapy meetings and take tablets that are issued each day and that is associated with the twist

around 3-4 years ago and it was from a library so i don’t know if it was a new or old book but it looked kind of new then

oh and i’ve figured out the cover wasn’t a multicoloured tree that was a different book
