This book is part of a series, and the first book came out around 2014-2017.

Their is a curvy redhead, white with a southern accent. She bakes a lot and I believe she owns a bakery or a catering business in her home. She is a witch and her love interest is this very wealthy “businessman” that lives close by. In one book they go to Europe, and the only scene I removed is she eats a whole box of truffles. She also loves to wear heels.
