The Honey-Don't List question

My question is for some authors. At this time we are all home 75% of us dont know if or when we will be able to go back to work. Or when we will have money coming to us. We are loyal readers we pre order books we follow our authors. We buy most of all the books that our authors release. So why are some of yah. Pricing your books so high i understand this is your job and that like us you have to make money. But show a little kindness to your readers and stop making books 9.99 or change the cover of your older books ( lori foster) and charge 8. Or 9 for them. If you treat your readers with some kindness you may make more money . Instead of making us look for other authors that are not as pricey. Just be kind
