Was this one good? I haven’t heard of this author and am always looking for someone new. Is this one tagged as sports though? I didn’t see it when I read the blurb. I’m not a huge fan of MMM, but sometimes it really works. How was this one for you? 😊

Hi Alicia, there's no sports in this series... were we supposed to be reading a sports book? Uh-oh! I completely missed that!!!! I'm sorry guys - I'll start something else right away, I'm such an airhead.

It's a hurt/comfort story with some pretty dark elements so if you're sensitive to underage boys being kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and eventually murdered then proceed with caution.

It's not too graphic, and most references are off page. But the mystery is very well done.

As for the MMM, it doesn't pick up till the very end and there aren't too many scenes between the three guys but it does work with the story.

This is the second book in the series and you can read it as a standalone.

It’s ok, I read a second one. I can post that. Dark and gritty huh? Those can be hard for me, it just depends on how much detail and the mood I’m in at the time. But I do love a good mystery though, so I’ll check it out. 😁

You will need to read a book that qualifies for the task or take a pass. You can only take a pass one time throughout the challenge though. So think twice before using it - you might want it later.

ETA - Everyone needs to complete every task, unless they use a pass and like I said above, you can only use it once throughout the challenge.
