In general it's always safe to repost, so when in doubt that's what you should do. In this challenge however, Kat isn't checking our posts until we tell her we're ready (and we give her links to the posts), so if one of us catches a mistake it's ok to correct. The only time we need to repost is if Kat specifically asks for it.

I'm easy, none of those match up with my M&G list, but I'm sure I can find something for whatever month/year is chosen.
One word of caution - if picking from a list, be sure the book actually qualifies. Just doing a quick skim I saw a couple of books that had editions published in the correct month, but it wasn't the original pub date. The list won't automatically qualify the book - the pub date on the book page is what counts.
Oh, good point.I'm really good with anything. So if there's a book someone really wants to read, I can find something to fit.
Is there a month that usually has more releases? I feel like a lot of books come out in November 🤷♀️
I have an August 2015 book that looks good. Heat Exchange
I have a July 2015, too.
Not sure why so many 2015s 🤣

Sorry, I didn't notice!
Sorry, I didn't notice!
I really don't have a preference for month and year. Maybe stay a little more recent, like 2018 or 2019?
I have a February 2019 one that's 180 pages, so I could definitely get through it before the weekend.And a January 2019 one that's a little over 200.
I've been wanting to start another Helen Hunting series, so I could do A Lie for a Lie. October 2019
Or the new Jaci Burton series Hot to the Touch. May 2019
January or March 2019 would work for me!
I have Playing for Keeps that came out in January 2019 or The Trouble with Cowboys that came out in March 2019 - I'm good with either!

Yay! I was just about to post that Jan 2019 would be my first choice of those options when I saw you'd already decided!I'll be reading We Shouldn't.
Karen that looks good. Dang it...I've already started rereading Sally Thornton's novel 99 Percent Mine. I've been wanting to reread it to see if my level of enjoyment was based on my state of mind. A few GR friends rated it 5 stars and I want to see if it was me lol

Your review is funny. Sorry you didn't enjoy it better. But that cover is nice to look at though hehe
I totally picked it for the cover. I'm a sucker for a hot cover. It has gotten me in trouble a few times 🤣.
I don't generally pick a book based on a cover...probably because I do almost all of my book browsing on GR, and the thumbnails of the covers are small enough to not really make much of an impression. If I'm on the fence about a book, a really great cover will push me over the edge though! Back when I was reading paper books I went by covers a lot more, most likely because I did most of my browsing in used bookstores rather than online. The covers definitely jumped out at me more!
Sorry ladies, I'm actually in the middle of moving this weekend, but will do my best to get my book completed by Sunday at the latest.
It's funny because some of my favorites have terrible covers! But I still get sucked in by a great chest 🤣

Yay! Here is your next task:66. As a team, pick a list with over 100 romance books on it, each member reads a book from that list. No pass for this task.
This task is limited to Romance books, it's hard I know! Provide the number on the list your chosen book is and a link to the list in your qualification.
Ok, we need to choose a list! We have a some options, we could either go with one of the yearly lists that Courtney posted earlier, or a more general one. There are lots of lists based on sub-genre, there are also more general options like this one: All Time Favorite Romance NovelsAnybody have any preferences?
I'm good with the list: All Time Favorite Romance Novels
There are a lot of books on there I could read.
There are a lot of books on there I could read.
Yeah, but the potential negative to that list is it's just so huge! A lot of pages to hunt through for "just the right book"! 😁
Whoa. I don't think i have ever seen a list that long, but good with me. We should all be able to find something on it.
Yeah, it looks a bit daunting 🤣. But I can probably find something. We could do something more specific, like Sports romances, but I think doing like the 2018 list gives more variety for everyone.
I prefer not to do a theme list. I found a lot on Karen's list, but I'm sure I can find something on the one Courtney suggested too.Cast my vote with the majority :o)
I've found several options on the monster list, too. I think I'd rather just stick with that one, mostly because I'd hate to think I went through ALL 56 PAGES!!! for nothing. 🤣
Ok, I'm cool with the big list! I'll just limit myself to a few pages so I don't overwhelm myself with choices! 😄

I recommend the Julia Quinn, I read it in January and it was delightful (no surprise for a Julia Quinn).

i've only read one of those - Play. So, i'm of no help besides to say that I liked it.
I decided to go with The Highwayman. It's a little long, but I haven't read a historical romance in a while, so I wanted to change things up a bit. It's pretty good so far.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with enough OCD tendencies to need to go through the entire list before making a decision! I ended up with:
I decided on Bluegrass State of Mind, not sure exactly why other than it somehow keeps bubbling up near the top of my TBR. So far it's pretty good but not great. I'll almost definitely be reading the rest of the series though, since it looks like one of the main mystery/suspense threads runs through the entire trilogy.
I'm always attracted to the precis of Eloisa James books, but I read Desperate Duchesses and it was just so all over the place that I couldn't enjoy it. Now I'm too wary to try any of her other stuff.
