Frankie Sims (authorfrankiesims) I love this question because I love knowing what book others are excited for!

Personally, I am the most excited to read Wayward Son by Rainbow Rowell. I talk about Carry On so much, you'd think I would have read the sequel by now. I'm only just now getting around to it and I cannot wait to start reading as soon as I'm finished with my current read!

Let me know what you guys are excited for! :)

Carry On was so much fun! I read it when it first came out, and totally forgot to read the sequel :D I hope you enjoy it!!

I'm personally really excited to read some more sci fi, and specifically "The Last Human" which should be arriving in the mail any day now :)

Hi, Alisha!

I've never heard of that book, but I'll have to check it out! I hope your book arrives soon so you can begin your read. :) I actually just got Wayward Son in the mail today, which was exciting!

Hope you keep us updated on how you enjoy your read!

Ally Coker-Quintus | 2 comments I just ordered Sara J Mass’s new book House of Earth and Blood in her new series Crescent City and I’m so excited to read it! It come in Wednesday. I’ve never read her writing and I’m super excited to see what I think.

I also just picked up Fangirl (I know I’m terrible!) I’ve wanted to read it since high school. I hope I enjoy it (probably will bc it’s right up my alley) and if I do I will totally pick up Carry On and Wayward Son!

Hi, Ally!

I've actually heard a lot about Sarah J Maas's book lately, since it's new. I'm thinking I may want to pick it up eventually, but I've never read anything of hers, so I'm not sure yet.

I've had Fangirl for years, but for some reason I haven't read it yet! I'm hoping to get to it after I finish Wayward Son (which I'm hoping to start tomorrow). I really hope you enjoy it, though! Carry On is an amazing book and I'm sure it's even more exciting to read after reading Fangirl.

Keep us posted on how you like Fangirl! I'd love to hear your thoughts. :)

Chantalle | 17 comments My most anticipated book TBR right now is strangers by C.L Taylor’s, mainly because I can’t get it lol does ANYONE know when I can order this book on my kindle? Or how I can at least find out 🤔😢

I'm assuming they delay the release of Kindle versions of books to allow for physical copy sales to rise first. I've seen a lot of people say it takes about a week for Kindle to release a new book that was originally just hardcover. Keep us updated on whether it becomes available to you or not in the next few weeks!

Chantalle | 17 comments Awe thanks so much, it’s so strange normally I can Pre order but with this book I can’t seem to find it anywhere!I looked on the chapters and amazon websites as well as the kindle, it’s like a mystery book to me literally lol do you have an e-book by any chance? Or do you prefer physical copy?

I get through E-books a lot faster, but I prefer the experience of a physical copy. I don't have a Kindle or anything, so if I'm reading an E-book, it's on my very distracting phone and it can sometimes be hard to focus. I much prefer being able to put my phone away and read a physical copy. Do you read all your books digitally?

message 16: by Chantalle (new)

Chantalle | 17 comments I’m like you I prefer to hold the actual book in my hands. But I LOVE my kindle for at night, that way I don’t need the light on. I also agree with you that I can read a book so much fast through a digital copy, although I to would be distracted if it was on my phone.

Abibliophobia-the fear of running out of things to read 🥺 | 23 comments I mostly read in my phone because I kind of exhausted the supply of books that I like at the library near my school and my house. On my phone I basically have an infinite amount of books that are always with me. I also like reading in the car (not while driving) and I get sick with paper books, but not e-books. I used to really prefer paper books though.

message 18: by Chantalle (new)

Chantalle | 17 comments Yeah it’s neat how we can change I find. I never ever thought I would ever read off of an e reader before, now I can’t be without.

message 19: by kylee (new)

kylee I only read with an actual copy of the book; I just like flipping pages, the smell, all the things i can’t get with a kindle or e reader. That may change, who knows.

message 20: by Chantalle (new)

Chantalle | 17 comments Yeah and with books I like to see how many pages I actually read/reading. NOTHING is better than the smell of a fresh new book 😃

message 21: by kylee (new)

kylee For sure!

Abibliophobia-the fear of running out of things to read 🥺 | 23 comments During quarantine, though, e-books are ideal. I wonder how this will affect the book market...

I do too wonder if it is in any way affecting the book market. Myself and many others I've spoken to have ordered many books online during this quarantine, but I'm wondering if there is less books being ordered than usual. Possibly more? Since people can't leave their house to get reading material.

message 24: by Maddie (new)

Maddie Keeper of the Lost Cities book 8.5 and 9. I also can't wait to read the rest of the Lunar Chronicles series.

message 25: by Maddie (new)

Ken I’m looking forward to reading the Witcher series, because I want to read it before I start the show, but honestly idk if it’s going to be good or not.

The book series or the show? I've heard amazing things about the show!

message 29: by Cat (new)

Cat Carstairs I'm reading my most anticipated read at the moment- Kalahari by Jessica Khoury, and lemme just say it's SO SO SO GOOD.

Also looking forward to the Renegades trilogy!

OMG I loved that book like crazy. I read it in two days (only because I had school) and I don't even remember most of it because I read it so fast! I hope you love it.

I get what you mean about having a book on the shelf and just not getting to it. That happens to most of us and I find that with about half of those books I never finish them because I just don't like them. That happened with Fangirl for me, it just wasn't my style idrk.

message 35: by gracesreads (new)

gracesreads (gracegoddamnit) | 47 comments I haven’t seen the movie but idk if I should watch it or not! When I don’t know though the answer always becomes yes

mjraves (bookscoffeeandimalesbian) | 5 comments Probably mine is Rules For Being A Girl by Candace Bushnell and Katie Cotugno

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

Alrighty. There’s two, but I’ll put the most anticipated one first.
Any Way the Wind Blows by Rainbow Rowell is a must-read for me once it comes out. I was a little late to the Simon Snow party, but, eh.
Then, there’s Cry for the Devil by Piper Sweeney. It seems highly interesting and I’d love to get my hands on it.
