How to handle Patreon links?

I've come across a few authors lately who have Patreon pages. What's the best way to link those in an author profile? If they don't already have an official website would it be appropriate to add it as the "official website" link, or should it just be in the general bio description?

Those would not be appropriate to add to unclaimed author profiles. If an author who has claimed their profile wishes to add such links, that should be fine.

The same would apply to Facebook pages, publisher sites, etc. Only the author's official site should be added by librarians.

Okay. Fortunately it appears I have unknowingly adhered to that guideline so far anyway. :)
