Please reorder 2 books in a series

The Foreigner series (https://www.goodreads.com/series/4080...) has two initial short stories, Invitations (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) and Deliberations (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...). In the internal order of the series, they are not in the correct order - the events in Deliberations occur before those in Invitations. Can they be swapped in the series order?
