😱what’s Amal Unbound like? Pretty sure it’s on my TBR and I can picture the cover which is super pretty😂

I’m only a couple of chapters in and it’s pretty good. It’s about Amal who only wants to teach but has to take care of her family. But then she gets in trouble with the landlord of the town and has to work as an indentured servant. It’s about standing up for yourself and family.

This is a reread for me. The first book is alright. It’s interesting but it’s not a favorite. I do want to continue with the series though.
